If there is a blocked pinhole or a broken needle, the needle plate should be removed,

Use a handheld drill to clamp the fine drill bit and drill through the pinhole. After clearing, reinstall the needle plate

2、 Do needles often break or burst?

The reason is the adhesion of leather and the inability to lubricate the inner hole wall of the needle, which leads to needle blockage And the cutting edge of the explosive needle is broken

Process A: Try to ensure that the leather can be continuously punched, with the spacing between each leather as small as possible, but do not stack and punch two pieces of leather

b: Try not to punch empty holes (i.e. when there is no leather, still punching cardboard) to avoid excessive paper scraps blocking the holes

c: Stop starting the machine for air flushing when there is no cardboard available

d: Related to leather quality

e: Before installing the new needle, insert the small drill bit from the accessory package into the new needle hole by hand to manually break in the inner wall of the new needle hole

3、 Is there a leak at the needle plate? Is the dandruff inside the needle plate blocked and unable to be discharged due to lack of air pressure?

The reason is that after drilling through the needle plate with a small drill bit, compressed air is discharged from the needle hole, resulting in a lack of air pressure

After drilling through the needle plate with a small drill bit, first do not use compressed air and empty flush about 3-4 times to allow debris to block the needle hole, then use compressed air to produce normally
